How do I use Live Chat?

To chat, simply click on a Customer Service Live Chat icon and a small window will pop up on your screen. After a moment, a representative will introduce him- or herself. Type in your question, hit the Submit button and begin your conversation. Remember, unlike email, there are no delays with live chat, so you receive an immediate answer.

BDS doesn't use a professional customer service agency to man their live chat lines, because we believe you want to talk with our employees and to get first hand knowledge. So along with customer support, all our operators are also handling their normal job duties like assisting our distributors, product development, quality control, and training.
