When the guys at Bushwacker needed a killer suspension system for their extreme XJ project they knew to call BDS! Their purpose of this project was to develop their new “Flat Fender” flares for the XJ’s. This rig is sporting the BDS 6.5″ 4 Link Long Arm on a set of 33″ Mickey’s. Installing their new “Flat Style” flares should leave plenty room for some 35′s. Check out the new flares (#10922-07) on www.bushwacker.com

The King of the Hammers is only a week away! WOW! Time fly’s when you’re having fun! After a few sleepless nights and eating dinner off the work bench our rig is race ready! At this point we could enter this thing in a “Show-n-Shine” competition, but it won’t look like this for long! That’s okay; chicks dig dents, dirt and scratches! We’ll be sure to post some photos of the pits and the race.

Parker Arizona is the host of these weekends, Best of the Desert race. Chase Rather’s BDS Suspension equipped Jeep XJ is well tested and prepped for the February 6^th race.  To keep your eye on Chase check out www.bitd.com and www.trackinginternational.com for live coverage of the race and even today’s activities around the pits.

With the King of the Hammers race just two weeks away our crew at Pacific Fabrication continues to prep the truck to make sure it’s race ready.  Some of you may recognize this rig from the 2009 Petersen’s Ultimate Adventure covered in a few issues of the mag and of course the video.  Even the boss, “Jen” is putting in some time getting the bead locks ready for the big day!

BDS Suspension has announced its  JEEPSPEED sponsorship of Chase Rather racing.  This is his 4th year racing in the JEEPSPEED series and was named Rookie of the Year. At age 16, Rather is the youngest driver to join the JEEPSPEED circuit, placing 1st at the Henderson 400.  We encourage you to watch and support Chase in his BDS Long Arm equipped Jeep XJ.
