2005-2012 Toyota Tacoma 4” Lift Kit

Coldwater, MI—April 20, 2012—BDS Suspension is expanding their line of suspension options for the late model Toyota Tacoma trucks. Now in stock and available for sale BDS offers a complete 4” suspension lift for the 2005-2012 Toyota Tacoma.

These new IFS suspension systems follows BDS proven design standards using full one-piece front/rear crossmembers coupled with precision machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The steering knuckles are designed to work within the factory traction control constraints and provide stock-like handling characteristics. The knuckles are also considerably more robust in both the mass and strength over the OE components. The crossmembers are built from ¼” steel plate and have integrated differential mounts that work with the new provided differential mounts to properly reposition the front differential for optimal CV and front driveshaft angles.

The whole package is protected by a new belly pan skid plate that runs from the front to rear crossmember and allows integration with the factory front skid/splash guard. The factory front struts are retained with the kit utilizing top strut spacer to gain the proper lift height.

In the rear, BDS provides a 3″‘ block, longer u-bolts, 5500-series shocks and all the necessary brake line/wire relocation brackets included. This system allows for up to 33×12.50 tires to be installed on 18×9 or 20×9 with 4.5” backspacing.

2003-2012 Dodge Dual Auxiliary Shock Mount Kit

Coldwater, MI—April 16, 2012— After premiering the Dodge dual auxiliary shock mount at SEMA 2011, the design has generated quite a buzz from consumers. BDS Suspension is excited to now offer mounting options for dual auxiliary shocks on 2003-2012 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks. Available in textured black to work with BDS long arm equipped vehicles (#122604 for short arm equipped trucks), this setup increases shock damping capabilities without sacrificing tire clearance. Both 5500-series hydraulic shocks and Fox 2.0s are available to maximum suspension performance of your Dodge Ram. This system works with the OE shock mount inside of the coil spring as a triple shock kit.

To lift the rear, BDS supplies multiple lift block options with 3” and 4” sizes available as well as longer u-bolts, 5500-series shocks, and all the necessary brake line/wire relocation brackets. This system allows for up to 35×12.50 tires to be installed on 18×9 or 20×9 with 4.5” backspacing.
