Coldwater, MI– August 23, 2011– BDS Suspension and Fox Racing have teamed up and are proud to announce the release of a full line of Fox 2.0 Performance Series Shocks.  BDS and Fox engineers developed this monotube shock with compression and rebound valving tuned specifically to optimize the ride and performance of your BDS equipped rig. The Fox 2.0 is an upgrade option for most BDS Suspension kit applications and is designed  to be a direct bolt in for easy installation.

The Fox 2.0 features specially formulated race oil and a cold-forged, metalimpacted 6061 T6 aluminum body capable of dissipating heat 3 times faster than conventional steel body shock improving overall performance and longevity.

Case hardened 5/8’’ chrome shafts provide extreme durability and cnc-machined type II hard black anodized aluminum components provide a rugged fade free finish.

Unlike the emulsion shocks you may be familiar with, this new monotube performance shock features an internal floating piston (IFP) designed to separate Fox’s formulated race shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen charged gas chamber.  This constant pressure eliminates oil aeration and foaming, providing a consistent, predictable ride under the roughest driving conditions with fade-free performance.

1″ – 6″ Suspension Systems—2011 Ford F-250, F-350 Super Duty Gas & Diesel 4wd

Coldwater, MI—July 30, 2010—Owners of 2011 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 4wd pickups can now lift their trucks with BDS Suspension’s newly released lift kits ranging in height from 1 to 6 inches. Both standard and 4-Link systems are available along with many other upgrades.

Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied that are capable of full coil bind as well as specifically designed springs for gas vs.  diesel motors. These systems are available with either rear block kits or new Glide-Ride rear leaf springs. The heavy duty track bar relocation bracket is designed to match the steering angles of the supplied dropped pitman arm to maintain the factory steering geometry.

Radius arm drop brackets are included to restore the O.E. caster angles in the standard kit while a frame mounting bracket replaces the OE radius arm bracket in the 4-Link kit to increase ground clearance. The 4-Link kit offers less than 1 degree of caster change through wheel travel giving you better on and off road control. Massive 2.5” O.D., greasable, urethane control arm bushings are included with these kits. Two-inch O.D. x 0.250” wall DOM tubing is used to make these extremely rugged control arms.

6″ High Clearance Suspension System – 2009-2010 Ford F-150 2WD

Coldwater, MI—January 12, 2010—BDS Suspension is now shipping the 2009-2010 2WD F150 6″ High-Clearance suspension system. This High-Clearance IFS system is a true blend of performance, appearance and function. Maintaining the OE control arm movements ensures an OE style ride with a desert racing appearance. These crossmembers blend perfectly with the lower control arm angles to give a truly OE appearance.

Combine the HC geometry with the custom valved off-road struts and this system is hard to beat. Unlike the spacer kits on the market, the BDS system comes with custom struts that are made to handle the increased forces of larger tires and wheels to offer a factory like ride on road and still handle those off road excursions. Unlike most systems on the market, the rear kit includes an offset spring plate to shift the axle back to the center of the wheel well ensuring those 37′s will have plenty of room. The complete system is available in our traditional Granite powder coating or a textured black powder coating. Optional rear 9500 series rear gas shocks are also available.
