The students at John Hersey High School designed a custom bumpers using AutoDesk Inventor. They cut out the panels, their school logo, and Jeep with a CNC plasma cutter and then welded it together. Two auxillary lights and 3/4″ D rings were added. They fabricated a back bumper and cut BDS into it. Both bumpers were powdercoated and the cutouts will be backlit.
Fire Department TJ
Great Lakes Truck Outfitters installed a basic 3″ BDS kit on this TJ Unlimited. It belongs to a local fire department and is used for grass fires. The BDS warranty even covers commercial vehicles.
Bruno and Matt will install a six-inch BDS lift on the Heartthrob Project Truck on Truck Universe on SPEED Channel’s “Let’s Lift It” episode featuring BDS Suspension. The Heartthrob Exhaust Project Vehicle is a 2007 Chevy Silverado 4WD with a 5.3 Liter V8.

You may not see tanks listed on BDS’ application list, but Bau-Meister Machine & Fabrication LTD (Sutton, ONT) has built a total of six of these vehicles which originated as F-550s using BDS Super Duty 4-Link upgrade system with 9500 series shocks. Read more…
