LDRSHIP Designs has been building a slew of custom vehicles of the past few years for SEMA. This year was no different with the buildup of a killer 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK displayed in Anzo USA’s Booth. This Jeep has been a work in progress over the past few months getting new prototype parts and plenty of custom touches. Extra altitude comes from a BDS 6.5” Long Arm Suspension with Fox 2.0 Shocks, 40” BFG Mud Terrain KM2 Tires on 20” Black Rhino Wheels. This JK is also outfitted with N-Fab Bumpers and Steps, a Warn Winch, Smittybilt Fenders, a custom carbon fiber hood, and a full assortment of LED and HID lighting all compliments of Anzo USA. Turning those 40s isn’t a problem in this JK with the help of a RIPP Supercharger, Volant Snorkel, and Borla Exhaust. The OE gears swapped out for 5.13 Superior Gears and RCV Shafts. Another awesome trail rig ready on display at SEMA and ready to hit the trails soon after.
Dee Zee has been known for years as a company building quality accessories for trucks, SUVs, and van and this year they came to SEMA with a super cool 2011 Ford F150. Outfitted from head to toe with offroad goodies and custom touches this truck was hard to miss at the show. No surprise it sports a ton of Dee Zee accessories from the grill guard and running boards, to the headache rack and bed accessories. A number of other companies jumped on board with this project like BDS Suspension with a 6” Suspension Lift Kit, Goodyear with a set of 35×12.50×20 tires, BMF with 20” S.O.T.A. Rims, Bushwacker with Flares, a Reflexxion Hood, and PIAA Lighting. For performance the stock 5.0L was boosted with the help of an Airaid Intake, Hypertech Programmer, and Magnaflow Exhaust. Custom graphics and police lighting make sure this truck wll stop you in your tracks to get a second look. Great job to the guys from Dee Zee on another awesome project truck!
This year Warn brought their ’04 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited LJ out to SEMA. Among all the crazy overbuilt rigs this Jeep is rather modest, but still built to handle the offroad terrain the world over. Running a BDS custom 6.5” long arm suspension and Fox 2.0 Shocks, this Jeep has plenty of room to clear 38×14.50 BFG Mud Terrain KM2 tires mounted on 17” Raceline Beadlocks. An AEV highline hood and fender kit, 4.56 gears and an ARB air locker in front, Detroit locker in the rear. The rig is well equipped with a plethora of Warn goodies from the winch and lights, to the bumpers, rock sliders, skidplates and air compressor. A great looking Jeep and capable trail rig.
If you’re looking the place to see some of the coolest rigs around all packed into a single venue, the SEMA Show is that place to be. Each year companies and individuals make there way out to Vegas to show off their latest products and their automotive creations. This year BDS teamed up with Fusion Bumpers and Street to Sand Off-Road to build this killer 2011 Ford F350 Superduty with clean body lines and awesome stance. Keep an eye out for this truck in upcoming magazines and in SEMA coverage online and on TV.
