Day 4 of SEMA, the last day is always a bit slower in terms of foot traffic, which opens up the opportunity to get away from the booth to snap some photos of other rigs and see what else is around this show of shows. I headed out to check out a bit more of the show and beat the rain that was heading into Vegas. Despite the clouds rolling in my quick walk around was filled with decked out trucks, customized cars, and the occasion booth model. BDS had a strong showing at this year’s SEMA. From Craftsmen with their 2011 3500HD dually and Edge Products with their 2011 2500HD running a BDS 6.5” kit, to KAO, Anzo USA, Bully Dog, LDRSHIP Designs, Body Armor, Asfir 4×4, Warn, SSV Works, and more running BDS lift kits on their Jeeps.
Each year to celebrate the commencement of the show, their is a cruise/parade as thousands of show vehicles take a drive away from the convention center over to a nearby lot for a group photo. The ride this year was a bit soggy as the rain and colder weather set in. Still, thousands braved the weather and made it out for the parade. At 4pm the show closed, and by 4:30pm most companies had torn down their booths and were ready to head out themselves. Day 4 was a wrap and with that another successful year at SEMA. We made some great new contacts and had the opportunity to sit around the campfire and say hi to old ones. We gave a sneak peek at new kits coming available soon and are excited out the direction things are heading for the future. Thanks to all those that were able to stop by the booth over the course of the 4 days.
