Hersey Students Put Final Touches On Class Jeep
Students in the John Hersey High School’s Automotive/CAD/M&T class have been getting hands on training on their class Jeep XJ Cherokee. A 6.5″ BDS Suspension long arm kit was installed by the students earlier this school year along with many other customizations. These pictures show the year end results of this project. BDS wishes the John Hersey class of 2009 the best of luck in their future careers and many happy and safe days on the trails.
We are putting the finishing touches on the jeep as the school year comes to a close. The front tube doors are on and we have ordered the rear doors so that the jeep can be used for future homecoming parades.
We are also currently in the process of building a roof rack with a spare tire carrier. The two 4″ lights mounted in the rear door are wired into the reverse lights and throw quite a bit of light–should come in handy on the trails.
