    1. Why is it 5.5 for the gas model not full 6 inch?
    2. Would the 5.5 lift kit perfectly level my truck or would it still keep the factory tail high rake?
    3. Will 5.5 front lift with 2.5 rear lift achieve perfectly level stance?

@Brian, to answer your questions, all our new RAM 2500 coils are progressive rate. We found our 4” diesel coils ride great on the gas trucks and helps with the extra height in off-road situations where the suspension is cycling. These 4′ diesel coils lift the front end of the gas trucks 5.5”. These trucks have roughly 1.5-2.5” of rake from the factory and .5” in either direction typically isn’t noticeable. Things like aftermarket bumpers and accessories will weigh the trucks down, but due to the spring rate of these newer HD trucks it won’t drop it much, bumper w/ winch is less than 1”. If you have any other questions I’d recommend contacting BDS sales/tech support at sales@bds-suspension.com or calling (517) 279-2135.

    4. Also, if a full face front road armor winch bumper is installed on 5.5 inch lift for a gas truck, how many inches of drop will I see in the front? Thank you.

There are a number of topics that play into the decision of whether or not to develop a suspension system. Things like OE production numbers and aftermarket interest play a large role in deciding what kits we choose to develop kits for. With the majority of RAM 2500 owners opting for standard rear coil suspension trucks we have focused our efforts to developing kits for the standard RAM 2500 rather than the air suspension RAM 2500. Our engineering department handles the research and development of new products. They have a list of current vehicles they are looking to use in our Coldwater, MI facilities posted online at http://sporttruckusainc.com/blog/vehicles-wanted/

I’m glad that they are bringing in the 2015 RAM 2500 w/Rear Air Suspension into the R&D shop soon! I too am so looking forward to lifting it. If you would, please pass along that a 6″ or even 8″ lift would be sweet as part of that development strategy.

Is there a way to get on a email list or contact list once this lift has been finalized and out to market?

    Thanks!

Ram with rear air needs a lift that maintains the factory air systems functuallity and allows fitment of 35-37inch tires

I have a single wheel 2015 3500 megacab with factor auto leveling. Do you have a lift available for this model of truck. Please say yes. What full 4 inch lift to run 37’s.

      Hello Brandon,
unfortunately we don’t offer any lift systems for the newer RAM 3500 with factory airbags. The airbag equipped trucks aren’t nearly as popular as the traditional leaf spring trucks so we’ve focused our attention up to this point on the standard 3500 trucks with 2-8” lift systems. While our 2” leveling kit would likely fit on the front, chances are you’ll have issues with the auto leveling system trying to correct the rake of the truck.

Would it be too much r&d to develope a lift system for us factory air suspended guys. I think you could round enough of us up to make a profit. You guys obviously have the talent. It’s just rear air bagged suspension. Is there too much of difference between a coil vs a air spring?

Hey Ryan, unfortunately company policy dictates we don’t discuss new product development details or projected release dates. Once kits are available we’ll release information

@BDS Suspension Hey guys, I wanna lift my 2015 Ram 2500 Power Wagon, got 37″ tires, 12.50 wide. 17×9 wheels -6 offset. Looks great but would be even better with like a 4 inch lift or so. Been referred to BDS, seen a BDS lift on a kunes country 2015 power wagon. What do you recommend @BDS Suspension? Thanks in advance!

      Hey Ian,
unfortunately we don’t offer any lifts to fit the late model Power Wagon models at this time. While the PW has many similarities to the standard RAM 2500 models, there are a number of differences with the suspension that make our current RAM kits not compatible.
