To improve its capabilities BDS Suspension now offers the redesigned 4/4.5″ long arm suspension lift kits for the 2-door and 4-door model 2012 Wranglers. The heart of this system is the new longer 4-link design, built to outperform the competition both on and off-road. New mounts are made from 1/4″ thick steel and work with the new heavy-duty lower flex arms and adjustable upper flex arms to maximize suspension travel and optimize handling characteristics. BDS Pro-Ride coils improve the overall ride quality and offer full coil bind capability for longevity no matter how you use or abuse them. These lift kits also include a set of ultimate sway bar disconnects (links for Rubicon models), front and rear braided stainless steel kevlar lined brake lines, drop pitman arm, bump stop extensions, track bar brackets, and your choice of BDS 5500 hydraulic or Fox 2.0 gas shocks. Optional accessories for these lift kits include front and rear adjustable track bars and steering stabilizer upgrades. As with all BDS lift kits it is covered under the No Fine Print Warranty. The summer months are a popular time for events in the Northeast US. BDS is hitting the road once again in route to it’s 4th show in the past month, this time it’s the PA Jeeps All Breeds Jeep Show in York, PA. Hosted by the PA Jeep Club this event is now in it’s 17th year bringing enthusiasts together from around the country to celebrate all things Jeep. The show has grown to fill the fairgrounds exceeding 700+ Jeeps of all sizes, shapes, and eras and fun for the whole family. Events includes show-n-shine contest, off-road obstacle course, vendor show with show specials, swap meet, and more. BDS will be out at the event showing off some of our latest products, talking with customers and offering a number of show specials so stop by and see us. A few weekends back BDS Suspension made the trip out to Adam’s Jeep in Aberdeen, MD for the 10th Annual Adam’s Jeep Jam. Each year we’ve attended this event the attendance has continued to grow with over 300 Jeeps making it out for a day of festivities. Some of the highlights include the offroad obstacle course and mud pit, show-n-shine and a huge raffle. The always popular car crush pile was back again giving participants the ability to get their rigs and feel like monster truck drivers. BDS Rep Jeff Chatfield brought the BDS Dodge, BDS Ultimate Adventure TJ, and displays to set up in the vendor area and hung out all day talking to customers and answer questions. Adam’s Jeep is an all in one dealership that also offers aftermarket accessories. They had a number of BDS-equipped Jeeps on the lot for sale and even more showed up for the event which is always great to see. BDS gave away a 3” JK lift in the raffle, congrats to the lucky winner! All in all it was a great event, great weather, and a great turnout for the 10th Annual Adam’s Jeep Jam. Thanks to everyone made it out and stopped by the booth to say hi!

2007-2012 Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited JK OctoCam Alignment Cam KitColdwater, MI—April 20, 2012— BDS is excited to release a new style alignment cam far superior to the tradition eccentric cams. The new OctoCam alignment cam washers allow for 5-position adjustability for caster on the front axle or pinion angle on the rear axle. The cams work with the factory control arm hardware and will not slip under load like traditional eccentric cam setups can. Available in sets of four, each set of OctoCams will complete one axle.
