Prepare to hit the road with your 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel truck and install this 6-inch lift kit with 4-link conversion from BDS. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires.

Up front the lift kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty 4-link control arms, forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks.

In the rear this kit utilizes a replacement GlideRide leaf springs with integrated overload leaf, u-bolts, brake line brackets and a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks.

 

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

4-Link Conversion

Convert the factory stamped steel radius arms over to the BDS 4-link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade utilizes high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

BDS Glide-Ride Leaf Springs

Built to outperform, BDS engineered the Glide-Ride leaf springs into a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design that provides a smooth ride with any load. This is accomplished with an exclusive triple-stage leaf spring design where the main leaf pack is broken into two stages:

  1. First, the primary three leafs are functional with no additional load in the vehicle for excellent everyday ride quality. As moderate loads are applied, the secondary leafs are engaged.
  2. Second, if the truck is fully loaded, the bottom overload is engaged for maximum hauling capacity. This setup allows your truck to maintain ride quality unloaded without sacrificing payload.

Upgrading to BDS Glide-Ride leaf springs will reduce axle wrap and provide flexibility throughout the suspension cycle.

Rear Lift Option

This lift system retains the factory rear blocks with the addition of the new BDS leaf springs to achieve a level stance. Choose the height of your factory lift blocks for proper u-bolt length.
