Important Kit Notes

  • 1. Rear U-bolts will not fit dually applications.
  • 2. These vehicle were manufactured with two different diameter rear axles. You will need to measure the diameter of your rear axle before ordering. It should be 3-1/2" or 4" in diameter.
  • 3. Some 4" axle models with dual overloads will require 4 of a u-bolt part number 4068.
  • 4. 2010-11 diesel models with factory transmission mount p/n 52121938AA may require BDS p/n 122606 listed in the accessories to reduce front driveshaft vibration.
  • 5. 102009 rear brake line will not fit 2012 models.
  • 6. Depending on the factory transmission mount, some 6" kits may require the transfer case indexing kit if a driveline vibration persists. See installation instructions for details.
