BDS Suspension 2" Leveling Kit for 2007 - 2013 Chevrolet/GMC 4WD 1/2 ton Suburban, Avalanche, Tahoe, Yukon, Yukon XL, and 07-13 Sierra, Silverado1500 pickup trucks.
A leveling kit done right! This kit comes with new upper strut mounts that increase the front ride height while maintaining the factory ride quality. A small pre-load spacer is combined with a top spacer to properly achieve height without the problems associated with the common top spacers on the market today. Unlike many, this engineered system will not max out the upper ball joint. Our leveling kit system is designed to ensure that all factory components work within their intended ranges.

The unique BDS High Clearance design is a true blend of performance, appearance, and function.The suspension geometry of this 4" lift kit creates a factory style ride with a desert racing appearance. The high arched crossmembers blend perfectly with the angle of the factory installed lower control arms for a completely integrated look while lifting your vehicle a full 4" increasing ground clearance and performance.
This comprehensive IFS lift kit includes ductile steering knuckles correcting steering geometry to O.E. angles and custom valved front coil over strut cylinders with 18 mm shafts designed to handle increased tire & wheel weight without sacrificing ride quality. Heavy duty front and differential skid plates are also included for extreme off road protection as well as rear 5500 series hydraulic shocks

BDS Suspension 6" Coil-Over Suspension Lift Kit for 2007 - 2013 Chevrolet/GMC 4WD 1500 Series Silverado/Serria 1/2 ton pickup.
Through a collaborative effort between BDS Suspension and Fox Racing, BDS now offers this 6" Chevy 1500 4WD suspension system featuring Fox 2.5" coil-over remote reservoir shocks. This system has been rigorously tested to maximize travel and performance on and off the pavement.
The unique BDS High Clearance design is a true blend of performance, appearance, and function.The suspension geometry of this 6" lift kit creates a factory style ride with a desert racing appearance. The black powdercoated high arched crossmembers blend perfectly with the angle of the factory installed lower control arms for a completely integrated look while lifting your vehicle a full 6" and increasing ground clearance at the front crossmember by 91%.
This comprehensive IFS lift kit includes ductile steering knuckles correcting steering geometry to O.E. angles and BDS by Fox 2.5" remote resevoir coil-over shocks for maxiumum performance and killer looks. A heavy-duty front differential skid plate is included for off road protection as well as rear Fox 2.0 performance series gas shocks, standard.
Nothing complements this BDS Suspension better than the race proven design of Fox 2.5" remote reservoir coil-over front shocks. These have been specifically engineered to fit the BDS Suspension system and feature an external reservoir for increased oil cooling capacity and nitrogen volume for a more consistent and comfortable ride. These have also been pre-set by BDS to the correct ride height for an easy installation, but can also be fined tuned to your liking.
Rear Glide Ride Leaf Springs, stainless brake lines, and traction bars are just a few of the options and upgrades available when customizing this 6" coil-over system.

Glide-Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Systems
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Pro-Ride Coil Spring Suspension Systems
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
