All BDS Suspension lift kits come with the security of knowing you purchased the finest lift kit in the aftermarket suspension industry. We back our commitment to engineering reliable, quality 4x4 off-road Jeep and truck suspension products with our unique "No BS Hardcore Lifetime Warranty".
If you are the original purchaser of any BDS lift kit and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
This 3" leveling kit comes with new upper strut top spacers. No disassembly of the strut is required.
This kit is designed to level your vehicle. However, if you desire to maintain the stock rake there is a 1" shackle or 2" rear block kit available when you build your kit. Other options include rear hydraulic or gas shock absorbers for this 3" Toyota Tundra leveling kit.
This complete 4-1/2" IFS w/ strut mount lift kit system is not only built for daily driving, but will handle about any off road excursion you can think of. The heavy duty main crossmembers are locked together by a full belly pan that offers superior off road protection.
Included with this IFS lift kit are CNC machined steering knuckles which ensure a clean and simple install that is made easier by the lower strut mounts that don't require you to disassemble the strut. Rear 5500 series hydraulic shock absorbers are included with 9500 series gas shocks available as an upgrade for this 4-1/2" Toyota Tundra lift kit.

This complete 7" IFS w/ strut mount lift kit system is not only built for daily driving, but will handle about any off road excursion you can think of. The heavy duty main crossmembers are locked together by a full belly pan that offers superior off road protection.
Included with this IFS lift kit are CNC machined steering knuckles which ensure a clean and simple install. The lift is achieved with lower strut mounts and a stuft preload spacer. Rear 5500 series hydraulic shock absorbers are included with Fox 2.0 series gas shocks available as an upgrade for this 7" Toyota Tundra lift kit.

Through a collaborative effort between BDS Suspension and Fox Racing, BDS now offers this 7" Toyota Tundra suspension system featuring Fox 2.5" coil-over remote reservoir shocks. This system has been rigorously tested to maximize travel and performance on and off the pavement.
This system utilizes BDS proven design standards including one-piece front & rear crossmembers coupled with precision machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The steering knuckles are designed to work within the factory traction control constraints and provide stock-like handling characteristics. The knuckles are also considerably more robust in both the mass and strength categories over the rather light-duty stock components.
The BDS High Clearance crossmembers are built from 1/4" laser cut steel and maximize ground clearance and strength. The relocated differential is protected by a skid plate tying the crossmemember together. The system also includes new sway bar links to correct the sway bar geometry.
The rear of the kit comes all the components necessary to level the truck and center the axle in the wheel well. This includes a 4" block, u-bolts and brake line relocation brackets. BDS by Fox 2.0 series rear shocks come standard in this system.
Nothing complements this BDS Suspension better than the race proven design of Fox 2.5" remote reservoir coil-over front shocks. These have been specifically engineered to fit the BDS Suspension system and feature an external reservoir for increased oil cooling capacity and nitrogen volume for a more consistent and comfortable ride. These have also been pre-set by BDS to the correct ride height for an easy installation, but can also be fined tuned to your liking.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
