BDS Suspension 2" Coil Spacer Lift Kit for the 2009 - 2012 Dodge Ram 3/4 Ton & 1 Ton 4wd Pickup.
This 2" leveling kit comes with two cast aluminum upper coil buckets. These buckets bolt solid to your upper coil pocket giving you 2" of lift while maintaining your factory ride quality. Perfectly suited to level the stance of your Dodge truck.
Front and rear 5500 series hydraulic shock absorbers are included with 9500 series gas shocks available as an upgrade for this 2" lift kit. Other options for this 2" lift kit include a singler steering stabilizer.

BDS Suspension 3" Lift Kit for the 2009-2012 Dodge Ram 3/4 Ton & 1 Ton 4WD Pickup.
This 3" front coil spacer lift kit comes with two cast aluminum upper coil buckets. These buckets bolt solid to your upper coil pocket giving you 3" of lift while maintaining your factory ride quality. The box kit includes a track bar relocation bracket, extended urethane bump stops, and a pitman arm for steering correction.
The rear is lifted via a 2" block and u-bolt kit. Factory coils and ride are maintained with this Dodge Ram lift kit.

BDS Suspension 6" Long Arm Kit for the 2009 - 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 3/4 Ton & 1 Ton 4WD Gas & Diesel Pickup.
This 6" long arm lift kit come with 6" Pro-Ride Coil Springs and features solid upper long arms and tubular lower long control arms. The long control arm reduce caster change through wheel travel creating a more controlled feeling in the steering wheel both on and off road. This 4-Link long arm system retains the factory triangulation of the arms which adds to the stability of the suspension system. A dropped forged pitman arm is included to maintain the factory steering angles. A track bar relocation bracket is included to properly center the axle under the vehicle. Extended bump stops and sway bar links are included to maintain the OE characteristics. All four control arms are greasable for long term performance. greasable upper and lower control arms. The extended length lower control arms reduce caster change through wheel travel.
Not only is the kit designed to last, but so is the finish. Every bracket and control arm is powder coated black for long term performance.

This 6" lift kit features 6" front Pro-Ride Coil Springs and heavy duty, tubular, upper and lower control arms. The lower arms are longer than stock to rotate the axle for proper alignment. All four control arms are greasable for long term performance.
A relocation bracket is used to flatten out the angle of the upper control arm to maintain your factory handling characteristics. A dropped forged pitman arm maintains the factory steering angles. A track bar relocation bracket is included to properly center the axle under the vehicle. Extended bump stops and sway bar links maintain the factory characteristics.

This suspension system features 8" progressive Pro-Ride Coil Springs for Diesel models and solid steel upper long arms and thick tubular lower long control arms. The long control arm reduce caster change through wheel travel creating a more controlled feeling in the steering wheel both on and off road. All four control arms are greasable for long term performance.
This 4-Link long arm lift kit retains the factory triangulation of the arms as well which adds to the stability of the suspension system. A dropped forged pitman arm is included to maintain the factory steering angles. A track bar relocation bracket is included to properly center the axle under the vehicle. Extended bump stops and sway bar links are included to maintain the OE characteristics. The system includes a transfer case indexing ring and driveshaft spacer for use with stock front and rear driveshafts.
The rear of the Dodge Ram is lifted via 5" block kit.

Glide-Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Systems
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Pro-Ride Coil Spring Suspension Systems
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
