2.5" Coil Spring Lift System | Ford F250/F350 4WD (Diesel)

This new system is perfect for the F250 owner looking for a 2.5" lifted and leveled stance with the performance of dual rate coil springs. This kit is complete with new front dual rate coils, brake line relocation brackets, turnbuckle style adjustable front track bar, ball joint cams, coil shims, rear replacement block kit and your choice of shocks.

The key to this kit is the coil seat correction shims and upper ball joint cams. The coil seat shims reposition the lower seat to be square with the frame mount to minimize coil bow which is typical of leveled F250/F350 trucks when the radius arms aren't relocated or replaced. The ball joint cams return the caster to factory settings to provide stock-like handling and drivability.

This is a great kit for those who want more than just a spacer but aren't quite ready to jump into the full replacement radius arm system.

The rear block box kit replaces the factory 2" block on F250 models for a level stance. On F350 models with factory 3-7/8" blocks, the rear box kit can be omitted and achieve the same stance.

2.5" Radius Arm Suspension System | Ford F250 4WD Diesel Only

BDS Suspension 2011-16 Ford F250 4WD ONLY 2.5" Radius Arm Suspension System.

Following hot-on-the-heels of our recent 1622H 2013-up Ram 3500 3" kit, this new radius arm systems looks to put similar levels of performance in the 2011-16 F250s. Like the Ram kits, this new system is built around massive tubular replacement radius arms. These arms are built to handle far more than the factory parts they are replacing. The design incorporates a factory style rubber bushing mount at the frame to keep the NVH levels in check. The 3-1/4" diameter bushings are huge and have a long, maintenance-free service life. The new radius arms mount right into the factory locations so installation is simple and clean. Alignment cam locks are included that allow for caster adjustability, something the factory arms do not provide. The arm geometry is set to keep the axle angle in the factory specs while compensating for the 2.5" of lift. A copper-anodized aluminum BDS name plate is mounted each arm.

In addition to the heavy-duty, high-performance radius arms, this new system features dual-rate front coil springs that improve the ride and handling of these 3/4 ton trucks both on and off road. Our popular heavy-duty turnbuckle style adjustable track bar is included to center the axle. Front brake line relocation brackets included and a choice of NX² series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks are available.

The rear system utilizes a 4" block with an integrated bump stop wing to replace the factory 2" blocks, leveling out the back with the newly lifted front.

Get more out of your Super Duty with the 4" BDS coilover conversion system. This system is based off the standard 4" lift kit, upgraded to include the FOX 2.5 factory series coilovers.

This 4" coilover conversion system is designed to take your Super Duty to the next level with improved handling and shock performance over high speed offroad terrain while still offering smooth on road comfort. While utilizing a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers designed for the weight of the Powerstroke diesel Super Duty, the coilovers come prebuilt for 4" of lift and ready to install right out of the box. They use a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, 6061-T6 billet aluminum ends and specially formulated race proven oil. The threaded body is easily adjustable to dial in ride height to compensate for accessories like heavy winch bumpers. Also included are heavy duty upper and lower mounting brackets that bolt into the factory coil bucket and lower axle mount for easy installation with no welding required. The upper brackets integrate a mount to secure the remote reservoir. An auxiliary FOX 2.0 gas shocks is used up front to further improve dampening capability.

Also included in this system are a pair of 1/4" thick, frame mounted radius arm drop brackets to reposition the arms to correct geometry. While utilizing a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers designed for the weight of the Powerstroke diesel Super Duty, the coilovers come prebuilt for 4" of lift and ready to install right out of the box. These arms are build from 2" OD x .250" wall tubing with large greaseable bushings. 4-link design optimizes the front suspension geometry and reduces caster change through wheel travel to less than 1-degree.

Also included up front of this system is a forged drop pitman arm and front track bar relocation bracket to correct steering and track bar angles as well as to center the axle under the vehicle. Front bump stop extensions, sway bar drops, and brake line relocation brackets round out the front of this system. In the rear, this kit lifts and level the stance using your choice of a replacement rear lift block or GlideRide leaf springs. The leaf springs use a 5-leaf design with built in overload leaf to assist when carrying heavy loads. New black e-coated u-bolts, brake line brackets and Fox 2.0 performance gas shocks are supplied to round out the rear of the 4" coilover conversion 4-link system.

BDS Suspension 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty 6" Coil-over Conversion Suspension System.

Xtreme Offroad Install

Designed to allow the installation of Fox 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers, this new system far surpasses the performance and capability of your Super Duty's stock suspension with more stability, improved handling, and better dampening in any terrain. Michigan built and Moab tested, these new coilover conversion 4-link systems are built to perform.

The system utilizes a pair of Fox 2.5 factory series remote coilovers tuned specifically to optimize suspension performance on the diesel equipped Ford Super Duty. The 8" travel coilovers feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts, and FOX's DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment technology on DSC equipped coil-overs. DSC is the next big thing in suspension performance allowing for easy adjustment of the your truck's suspension compression dampening so you can dial in the ideal ride performance to soak up the bumps, both large and small. The DSC has 12 adjustment points for the high speed compression as well as 10 adjustment points for the low speed compression allowing you to make large or small changes to further improve your performance. Adjustments can be made by simply twisting the "blue" high speed and "gold" low speed compression knobs located on the end of the remote reservoir of the FOX 2.5 coilovers. No tools or shop adjustments needed, allowing you to tune the suspension out on the trail.

The key to mounting these new DSC coilovers are the new brackets supplied by BDS. In place of the factory stamped steel coil buckets BDS includes a pair of the massive 1/4" thick steel, gusseted construction coilover mounting brackets designed to bolt in place using the factory frame holes. This provides a stout mounting point for the new Fox 2.5 coilovers with provisions for the remote reservoirs as well as an auxiliary shock. The auxiliary shock mount will accept anything from the supplied Fox 2.0 Performance series shocks up to the massive 3.0 Fox Factory series cylinders. At the axle, new double-shear C/O mounting brackets bolt in for a direct replacement to the factory coil seats. All brackets are finished in a durable textured black powder coat finish with integrated mounting tabs to retain the factory brake and ABS lines.

To complement the increased performance of the new coilovers, BDS designed the kit around the popular BDS 4-link conversion to upgrade the stock stamped steel factory radius arms. The BDS Super Duty 4-Link conversion has long been a popular solution for 2005-2016 Super Duty owners looking to improve their trucks drivability and performance. BDS Suspension 8" Suspension Lift Kit 4 Link System for the 2011-2016 Ford F250/F350 4WD Super Duty

Why a 4-link system? It's simple, with 10" of wheel travel there is less than 1 degree of caster change (front axle rotation), this means control in the steering wheel over rough terrain. The stability in the steering wheel is noticable even under normal driving conditions.

In addition to 4 massive control arms, this kit comes with new 4-link frame mounting brackets. These are not drop down brackets, but new mounts to replace the stock mounting system. Don't worry, no welding required.

The kit also comes with front anti-sway bar drop brackets, a dropped pitman arm for steering angle correction, a track bar relocation bracket to properly center your axle, stainless steel brake lines and bump stop extensions.

The rear is lifted via new 8" Glide-Ride Leaf Springs that provide an excellent ride while still having the payload capacity you need from your truck.

Xtreme Offroad Install

Designed to allow the installation of Fox 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers, this new system far surpasses the performance and capability of your Super Duty's stock suspension with more stability, improved handling, and better dampening in any terrain. Michigan built and Moab tested, these new coilover conversion 4-link systems are built to perform.

The system utilizes a pair of Fox 2.5 factory series remote coilovers tuned specifically to optimize suspension performance on the diesel equipped Ford Super Duty. The 8" travel coilovers feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts, and FOX's DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment technology on DSC equipped coil-overs. DSC is the next big thing in suspension performance allowing for easy adjustment of the your truck's suspension compression dampening so you can dial in the ideal ride performance to soak up the bumps, both large and small. The DSC has 12 adjustment points for the high speed compression as well as 10 adjustment points for the low speed compression allowing you to make large or small changes to further improve your performance. Adjustments can be made by simply twisting the "blue" high speed and "gold" low speed compression knobs located on the end of the remote reservoir of the FOX 2.5 coilovers. No tools or shop adjustments needed, allowing you to tune the suspension out on the trail.

The key to mounting these new DSC coilovers are the new brackets supplied by BDS. In place of the factory stamped steel coil buckets BDS includes a pair of the massive 1/4" thick steel, gusseted construction coilover mounting brackets designed to bolt in place using the factory frame holes. This provides a stout mounting point for the new Fox 2.5 coilovers with provisions for the remote reservoirs as well as an auxiliary shock. The auxiliary shock mount will accept anything from the supplied Fox 2.0 Performance series shocks up to the massive 3.0 Fox Factory series cylinders. At the axle, new double-shear C/O mounting brackets bolt in for a direct replacement to the factory coil seats. All brackets are finished in a durable textured black powder coat finish with integrated mounting tabs to retain the factory brake and ABS lines.

Glide-Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Systems

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.

Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.

Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.

Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.

Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.

Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.


Pro-Ride Coil Spring Suspension Systems

Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.

BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.

A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.

Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
