BDS Suspension 2" Leveling Kit for 2007 - 2013 Chevrolet/GMC 4WD 1/2 ton Suburban, Avalanche, Tahoe, Yukon, Yukon XL, and 07-13 Sierra, Silverado1500 pickup trucks.
A leveling kit done right! This kit comes with new upper strut mounts that increase the front ride height while maintaining the factory ride quality. A small pre-load spacer is combined with a top spacer to properly achieve height without the problems associated with the common top spacers on the market today. Unlike many, this engineered system will not max out the upper ball joint. Our leveling kit system is designed to ensure that all factory components work within their intended ranges.

BDS Suspension 4" Lift Kit for 2007 - 2013 Chevrolet/GMC 2WD 1500 Series Silverado/Serria 1/2 ton pickup.
This IFS system is everything you always wanted in a 2WD lift kit. Our new advanced HIGH CLEARANCE design increases the ground clearance and performance.
We use 1/4" thick steel, one piece front and rear crossmembers to increase frame rigidity and ease installation. New ductile steering knuckles are included that correct steering geometry to O.E. angles. Custom valved front coil over strut cylinders with 18 mm shaft are included, as well as new rear 5500 series hydraulic shocks. A full belly pan for off road protection rounds out this complete lift kit system.
Black powder coating, front skid plate, and rear Glide-Ride Leaf Springs are just a few of the availble options and upgrades available when customizing this 4" 2WD lift kit.

Through a collaborative effort between BDS Suspension and Fox Racing, BDS now offers this 6" Coil-Over Chevy 1500 2WD suspension system with everything you always wanted in a lift kit. It features Fox 2.5" coil-over remote reservoir shocks and proven BDS parts, all covered by the BDS, no BS warranty. This system has been rigorously tested to maximize travel and performance on and off the pavement.
BDS 1/4" thick steel, one-piece, front and rear crossmembers increase frame rigidity and increase ground clearance by 91%. New ductile steering knuckles are included to correct the steering geometry. A full belly pan for off road protection rounds out this complete lift kit system for those using their 2wd trucks like 4wd's. This system comes with Fox 2.0 series rear shocks, standard.
Glide-Ride Leaf Springs and rear traction bars are some of the upgrades available when customizing this 6" 2WD lift kit.

Glide-Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Systems
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Pro-Ride Coil Spring Suspension Systems
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
