BDS has built a solid repuation for top quality suspension systems, so that is why BDS didn't stop with just offering a 2" spacer system like many other companies. This 2" coil spring lift system is built specifically for 4 door models and includes, front and rear BDS Pro-Ride Coil Springs, bump stop extensions, front lower control arm cam bolts and BDS 5500 series shock absorbers. You also have the option of upgrading to BDS by Fox 2.0 Series monotube gas shocks. for premium handling and ride control.

BDS Suspension 3" Lift Kit for the 2007 - 2010 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door 4WD - Standard Jeep or Rubicon..
This kit comes with 3" Pro-Ride Coil Springs capable of full coil bind and 2" bump stop extensions to control the commpression travel, but increase wheel travel. Brake line relocation brackets are supplied to handle the added wheel travel. Many companies don't include anything to correct your alignment, but BDS includes cam bolts for the front lower control arms to fine tune the caster angle. Front Ultimate Sway Bar Disconnects are included for non-rubicon models or fixed links for rubicon models for use with the factory disconnect system. In the rear, sway bar drop brackets are included instead of longer sway bar links to allow the use of a factory wheel and larger tire. To correct the rear axle shift from the lift, a rear frame mounted track bar relocation bracket is included. The kit comes standard with BDS 5500 series custom valved shock absorbers for a smooth ride.

BDS Suspension 4.5" Lift Kit for the 2007 - 2011 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door 4WD - Standard Jeep or Rubicon.
This kit comes with 4" Pro-Ride Coil Springs capable of full coil bind and 3" bump stop extensionsn to control the commpression travel. To handle the added wheel travel,l brake line relocation brackets are included or BDS stainless steel lines are available.
This system comes complete with front and rear fixed length lower control arms and rear upper adjustable control arms to properly control the front and rear axle positions. BDS control arms come standard with greasable urethane ends. If you would like to upgrade, BDS offers adjustable arms with urtethane ends or adjustable arms w/ flex joints to fit your needs.
To improve the steering and handling geometry, BDS includes a front track bar relocation bracket and a dropped pitman arm. Front Ultimate Sway Bar Disconnects are included for non-rubicon models or fixed links for rubicon models for use with the factory disconnect system. In the rear, an axle mounted track bar relocation bracket is included that has a built in support gusset that ties into the bump stop pad. JK's are known for broken welds on the factory track bar mount when wheeled hard, so BDS solved the problem with this added support. The kit comes standard with BDS 5500 series custom valved shock absorbers for a smooth ride.

Glide-Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Systems
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Pro-Ride Coil Spring Suspension Systems
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
