All BDS Suspension lift kits come with the security of knowing you purchased the finest lift kit in the aftermarket suspension industry. We back our commitment to engineering reliable, quality 4x4 off-road Jeep and truck suspension products with our unique "No BS Hardcore Lifetime Warranty".
If you are the original purchaser of any BDS lift kit and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
The heavy construction, steel fabricated and powder coated upper coil spacers are pitched and indexed properly to work with the new Ram's unique coil mount. A retaining bolt mounted through an existing hole in the coil bucket maintains proper indexing and holds the spacer securely in place when the coil springs are unloaded.
Front and rear replacement shocks and extended front polyurethane bump stops round out the kit and give the new Ram the level stance most people prefer.

Designed to improve the looks and performance of your new RAM, these kits join existing 2", 4", and 6" options and are offered as a complete system to enhance offroad capability, maintain on-road handling and clear larger wheels/tires.
Up front these systems use a pair of (diesel specific) progressive rate 3" coil springs to provide the extra height and offer controlled performance in the harshest of terrains. A high strength adjustable track bar with center pinch-bolt turnbuckle is supplied to re-center the front axle. A pair of extended length sway bar links correct the OE sway bar operating angle for optimal performance along with extended polyurethane bump stops to limit up travel and brake line brackets to allow full droop. To correct the front suspension geometry at the new height a pair of heavy duty replacement radius arms that bolt directly into the factory location. These new radius arms are massive upgrade to the factory stamped units, using tubular construction and a lower cam adjustment to dial in front end caster. Also supplied are your choice of BDS NX2 gas shocks or FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks for improved ride and performance.
In the rear, heavy duty air bag spacer brackets are used to level the stance along with a rear track bar bracket to correct axle positioning, extended length sway bar links, and bump stop extensions. BDS supplies new air ride leveling sensor brackets to position the ride height sensors at the stock angle. This allows the rear suspension to be perform just like it does at factory ride height and maintain full air bag range of motion. The rear suspension is rounded out with your choice of NX2 series or FOX 2.0 shocks.
Get the look and the ride you are after with these new 3" radius arm systems from BDS Suspension.

This 4" Radius Arm Drop System uses a pair of 1/4" thick steel radius arm relocation brackets to reposition the factory radius arms and correct suspension geometry and caster at 4" of lift. These brackets are designed for quick installation and create a stout mounting location for the radius arms by tying into both the factory radius arm frame mount and the side of the frame rails.
The additional height comes from a pair of specially designed progressive rate ProRide coil springs. The 4" coils have been engineered and tested to improve the ride quality and performance across all terrains while holding up to the rigors that heavy duty truck owners demand. A heavy duty track bar relocation bracket is included to recenter the front axle once lifted as well as a forged drop pitman arm to correct steering angles. Sway bar relocation brackets are used to reposition the front sway bar assembly and the supplied brake line brackets allow for the easy adjustment for the stock lines to be reused with the lift kit.
In the rear, 1/4" steel, 3.5" tall gusseted air bag spacers are used along with a rear track bar bracket to correct axle positioning, extended length sway bar links, and bump stop extensions. BDS supplies new air ride leveling sensor brackets to position the ride height sensors at the stock angle. This allows the rear suspension to be perform just like it does at factory ride height and maintain full air bag range of motion. The rear suspension is rounded out with your choice of NX² series or FOX 2.0 shocks.

The heart of this system is the 4-link conversion that replaces the factory radius arm. Key benefits include to doing this include increased stability, wheel travel, and improved handling across all terrains. The 4-link design limits caster change to less than 1-degree of change throughout wheel travel for better handling, steering control, and overall driveability. Included are a pair of massive frame-mounted brackets precision welded and engineered to locate the new upper and lower control arms to create the optimal suspension geometry for late model RAM trucks. The 4-link brackets are fabricated from 1/4" thick steel and wrap around the frame as well as the factory radius arm brackets to create an extremely sturdy mount for the new arms. Removal of the factory radius arm brackets is not required allow the brackets to stay intact to speed up the installation time and make these kits reversible. The upper and lower control arms are built from 2" OD x 3/16" wall DOM tubing for the strength to take any abuse you can throw at them. They utilize large 2.5" OD polyurethane bushings to isolate road vibrations and are formed inward to allow for extra tire clearance while repositioning the front axle slightly forward for increase tire clearance to the backside of the front fenders when turned. These arms are finished in a durable textured black powder coating and use grease fittings for easy servicing.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
