At the heart of these 2" leveling kit are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 performance race series coilovers. These non-reservoir coilovers are preset for the correct lift height right out of the box and use a threaded body to allow preload adjustment. They are a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and improve damper performance featuring a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, 5/8" hard chrome plated heat treated alloy shaft all preloaded with coil springs ready for easy installation.This kit takes performance for the next level by upgrading to FOX 2.0 performance series. Also supplied for the front end are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. Built from thick wall 1.5" DOM tubing, these UCAs utilize an indexed ball joint cup to reposition the upper ball joints and allowing more droop travel. These arms come fully assembled right out of the box with high quality greaseable ball joints and rubber bushings for long life, quiet operation and superior corrosion resistance over uniballs and heims.
In the rear of these lift systems the factory coil springs are retained to result in a level stance in no change in tow/load capacity. A pair of FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks are supplied to match the front performance.

These coilovers are backed by FOX's racing pedigree, preset for the correct lift height right out of the box to provide optimal performance and direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies. They feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs and black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts along with remove reservoirs with mounting brackets. The DSC reservoir allows for easy tool-free adjustment of high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment settings to further dial in the damping to the terrain and ride preferences. Also supplied for the front end are a pair of BDS performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. This 4" lift kit will clear up to 35" tires and is based around two one-piece, 1/4" laser cut high-clearance crossmembers and replacement steering knuckles. The high-clearance crossmembers increase ground clearance for off road performance.
The replacement steering knuckles reduce installation time as well as maintain proper steering angles and ball joint angles. A differential skid plate is included for off road protection.
The system also includes bump stop drops, anti-sway bar links, 3 point differential drop system, strut relocation brackets, and front stainless steel brake lines.
The rear is lifted via BDS 2" coil spacers to level most trucks. The rear for this Dodge Ram lift kit is completed with a track bar bracket, upper link relocation brackets and sway bar links. A 3" rear coil spring option is available depending on your desired stance.

Due to the OE ride height variances, BDS allows you to customize your desired stance by offering both 3" or 5" rear Pro-Ride coils that are capable of being smashed totally flat and will come back to normal ride height. The rear for this Dodge Ram lift kit is completed with a track bar bracket, upper link relocation brackets, and sway bar links.
Rear NX² series shock absorbers are included with BDS by Fox 2.0 series gas shocks available as an upgrade.

Through a collaborative effort between BDS Suspension and Fox Racing, BDS now offers this 4-6" Dodge 1500 4WD suspension system featuring Fox 2.5" coil-over remote reservoir shocks. This system has been rigorously tested to maximize travel and performance on and off the pavement.

Nothing complements this BDS Suspension better than the race proven design of Fox 2.5" remote reservoir coil-over front shocks. These have been specifically engineered to fit the BDS Suspension system and feature an external reservoir for increased oil cooling capacity and nitrogen volume for a more consistent and comfortable ride. These have also been pre-set by BDS to 6" of lift for an easy installation, but can be adjusted down to 4" or fined tuned anywhere in between to your liking.
BDS allows you to customize your desired stance by offering 2" rear coil spacers or 3" and 5" Pro-Ride coils that are capable of being smashed totally flat and will come back to normal ride height. Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
