The non-reservoir snap ring coilover struts utilize a collar to allow for up to 2" of lift when used with the factory coil springs and top plate. Also available are fully assembled Fox 2.0 Performance Series coilovers that are preset for the correct lift height right out of the box and use a threaded body to allow preload adjustment.They are a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and improve damper performance featuring a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, and a 5/8" hard chrome plated heat treated alloy shaft.
Also supplied as part of these complete 2" lift systems are a pair of BDS performance series upper control arms (UCA). These UCAs improve suspension travel and while providing superior strength and styling to the factory arms. These arms are built from 1.5" OD heavy wall tubing, fully welded with integrated support gussets. They include brake line mounting tabs and use an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning back to the neutral position at ride height. The BDS arms come fully assembled with OE-style rubber bushings for the frame mounts and a high-quality ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and better durability than arms that use heims and uniballs. In the rear are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP shocks designed to pair with the front coilovers for impressive performance on and offroad and to allow clearance for larger tires.

This 3" leveling kit comes with new upper strut top spacers. No disassembly of the strut is required.
This kit is designed to level your vehicle. However, if you desire to maintain the stock rake there is a 1" shackle or 2" rear block kit available when you build your kit. Other options include rear shock absorbers for this 3" Toyota Tundra leveling kit.

This complete 4.5" IFS w/ strut mount lift kit system is not only built for daily driving, but will handle about any off road excursion you can think of. The heavy duty main crossmembers are locked together by a full belly pan that offers superior off road protection.
Included with this IFS lift kit are CNC machined steering knuckles which ensure a clean and simple install that is made easier by the lower strut mounts that don't require you to disassemble the strut. Rear NX² series shock absorbers are included with 9500 series gas shocks available as an upgrade for this 4.5" Toyota Tundra lift kit.

BDS Suspension offers a sterling lineup of high quality suspension lift kits for the Toyota Tundra, including 4.5" performance coilover systems designed for vastly improved offroad performance while providing a smooth, comfortable ride on pavement. BDS Performance Coilover Systems build on the proven high clearance design of the 4.5" and 7" BDS suspension systems, offered with FOX 2.5 remote coilovers pre-tuned for optimal performance right out of the box, and the option to upgrade to DSC (dual speed compression - more info below) equipped coilovers. These 4.5" systems integrate flawlessly with the new electronic stability control (ESC) systems and allow enough clearance for 35" tires to be installed.
The complete system includes everything needed to turn your stock Tundra into a trail monster. Up front a pair of high strength, one-piece crossmember built from 1/4" steel are supplied along with the heavy duty full width belly skid plate to create an extremely rigid subframe to position the suspension and drivetrain components. A pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles dwarf the factory units and reposition the steering mount to compensate for the lift. The FOX 2.5 remote reservoir coilovers come pre-tuned with Eibach coils to provide a great ride and provide 4.5" of lift right out of the box. Also included are frame mounted brackets for the remote reservoir, bump stop extensions, differential relocation brackets, weld-in frame reinforcement plates, longer swaybar links, alignment cam bolts, and heavy duty tie rod ends to round out the front of this kit. In the rear, 3" rear lift blocks and longer u-bolts are used to achieve a level to slightly tail high stance. Brake line extensions and precision tuned FOX 2.0 IFP rear shocks round out the system and giving clearance for 35" tires to be installed.

FOX Coil-Over Dual Speed Compression (DSC) Adjuster Technology |The Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster provides added control and comfort tuning for on-road use while also offering more aggressive damping for use off-road. The adjuster allows for precise suspension tuning with the simple twist of two clearly defined knobs: No tools and no mess, just a way to easily fine-tune your suspension to best suit your needs in any conditions. The DSC increases both low and high-speed compression levels up to 25%, allowing you to maximize small bump compliance and traction while still having the extra damping required for big hits.
- LSC Adjustment Range - The Low Speed Compression (LSC) adjuster knob offers 10 clicks of adjustment and primarily affects compression damping during slow suspension movements such as G-outs or smooth jump landings. It also affects wheel traction and the harshness or plushness of the vehicle's ride.
- HSC Adjustment Range - The High Speed Compression (HSC) adjuster knob offers 12 clicks of adjustment and mainly affects compression damping during medium to fast suspension movements such as steep jump faces, harsh flat landings, and aggressive wash board roads.

Through a collaborative effort between BDS Suspension and Fox Racing, BDS offers this 7" Toyota Tundra suspension system featuring Fox 2.5" coil-over remote reservoir shocks. This system has been rigorously tested to maximize travel and performance on and off the pavement.
This system utilizes BDS proven design standards including one-piece front & rear crossmembers coupled with precision machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The steering knuckles are designed to work within the factory traction control constraints and provide stock-like handling characteristics. The knuckles are also considerably more robust in both the mass and strength categories over the rather light-duty stock components.
The BDS High Clearance crossmembers are built from 1/4" laser cut steel and maximize ground clearance and strength. The relocated differential is protected by a skid plate tying the crossmemember together. The system also includes new sway bar links to correct the sway bar geometry.
The rear of the kit comes all the components necessary to level the truck and center the axle in the wheel well. This includes a 4" block, u-bolts and brake line relocation brackets. BDS by Fox 2.0 series rear shocks come standard in this system.
Nothing complements this BDS Suspension better than the race proven design of Fox 2.5" remote reservoir coil-over front shocks. These have been specifically engineered to fit the BDS Suspension system and feature an external reservoir for increased oil cooling capacity and nitrogen volume for a more consistent and comfortable ride. These have also been pre-set by BDS to the correct ride height for an easy installation, but can also be fined tuned to your liking.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
