These new systems utilize FOX 2.0 performance series coilovers to offer improved performance and capability, without some of the additional features or price point of the FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers offered.
At the heart of these 2" coilover systems include a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 performance series coilovers. These non-reservoir coilovers are preset for the correct lift height right out of the box and use a threaded body to allow preload adjustment. They are a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and improve damper performance featuring a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, 5/8" hard chrome plated heat treated alloy shaft all preloaded with coil springs ready for easy installation.
Also supplied as part of these complete 2" leveling system are a pair of BDS performance series upper control arms (UCA). These UCAs improve suspension travel and while providing superior strength and styling to the factory arms. These arms are built from 1.5" OD heavy wall tubing, fully welded with integrated support gussets. They include brake line mounting tabs and use an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning back to the neutral position at ride height. The BDS arms come fully assembled with OE-style rubber bushings for the frame mounts and a high-quality ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and better durability than arms that use heims and uniballs. Rounding out the rear of this 2" coilover system are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks designed to pair with the front coilovers for impressive performance on and offroad. and allow clearance for 33-35" tires under your F150.

Designed to be so much more than just a "leveling kit", these new coilover systems take advantage of the factory suspension geometry without overextending operating angles and offer next level performance in a smaller lift package. At the heart of these new 2" systems are a pair of precision tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers engineered to outperform on and offroad as they soak up the terrain. These coilovers are preset for the correct lift height right out of the box to provide optimal performance and direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies. They feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs and black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts along with remove reservoirs optional DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment technology built in. DSC allows for easy adjustment of the vehicle's suspension compression dampening so you can dial in the ideal ride performance to soak up the bumps, both large and small. The DSC has 12 adjustment points for the high speed compression as well as 10 adjustment points for the low speed compression allowing you to make large or small changes to further improve your performance. Adjustments can be made by simply twisting the knobs located on the end of the reservoir. No tools or shop adjustments needed, allowing you to tune the suspension out on the trail. A pair of reservoir mounting brackets are supplied to position the reservoirs above. Complimenting the coilovers are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. Built from thick wall 1.5" DOM tubing, these UCAs utilize an indexed ball joint cup to reposition the upper ball joints and allowing more droop travel. These arms come fully assembled right out of the box with high quality greaseable ball joints and rubber bushings for long life, quiet operation and superior corrosion resistance over uniballs and heims. Rounding out these 2" coilover systems are your choice of FOX 2.0 IFP or FOX 2.5 factory series piggyback rear gas shocks to match the front and complete the package.

This system includes a new upper strut mount as well as pre-load spacers. The use of a pre-load spacer increases performance in cornering as well as offsets the increase weight of larger tires to maintain a quality ride. Unlike most systems on the market, the two piece system does not max out the upper ball joints during suspension travel.
A 1" rear block kit is available to maintain a slight rake if desired. Add new NX² series rear shocks for increased stability and improved handling when customizing your kit.

While the 2014 F-150 is essentially identical to the 2013, Ford did update the front strut design. This new design utilizes a bar pin style mount at the LCA verse the previous model that uses a traditional double-shear bracket mount.
While change makes it so the BDS replacement strut kit does not fit the new model, we were able to use the base design of the 4" strut spacer kit to develop a new lift for the 2014. The new 4" lift is nearly the same as the 09-13 4" lift and therefore has all the great features and benefits. The strut spacer/rear block combo nets 4" of front lift and 2.5" in the rear.

This system includes CNC machined steering knuckles to return your vehicle's steering to factory geometry. One piece front & rear High Clearance crossmembers increase rigidity for long term performance as well as dramatically increase ground clearance. A 1/4" thick steel differential skid plate is included to ensure off road protection. The new strut spacers for the front offer easier installation without the need to disassemble the struts and maintain the OE ride quality.
The rear is lifted with a new block and includes a new offset spring plate to center the rear axle and give your 37's plenty of room.

Through a collaborative effort between BDS Suspension and Fox Racing, BDS now offers this 6" Ford F150 4WD suspension system featuring Fox 2.5" coil-overs. In place of the factory struts this system uses precision tuned FOX 2.5 remote reservoir coil-overs to maximize travel and achieve superior on and offroad performance. The included Fox 2.5 Coil-Overs can also be upgraded to the DSC (dual speed compression) adjuster equipped coil-overs (more info below) for the ability to perfectly fine tune the ride quality and handling of your Fox coil-overs.

FOX Coil-Over Dual Speed Compression (DSC) Adjuster Technology
The Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster provides added control and comfort tuning for on-road use while also offering more aggressive damping for use off-road. The adjuster allows for precise suspension tuning with the simple twist of two clearly defined knobs: No tools and no mess, just a way to easily fine-tune your suspension to best suit your needs in any conditions. The DSC increases both low and high-speed compression levels up to 25%, allowing you to maximize small bump compliance and traction while still having the extra damping required for big hits.
- LSC Adjustment Range - The Low Speed Compression (LSC) adjuster knob offers 10 clicks of adjustment and primarily affects compression damping during slow suspension movements such as G-outs or smooth jump landings. It also affects wheel traction and the harshness or plushness of the vehicle's ride.
- HSC Adjustment Range - The High Speed Compression (HSC) adjuster knob offers 12 clicks of adjustment and mainly affects compression damping during medium to fast suspension movements such as steep jump faces, harsh flat landings, and aggressive wash board roads.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
