This kit is designed to eliminate the factory nose-low rake while improving the vehicles all-around performance and allowing room for larger tires. The kit integrates a new top mounted strut spacer in combination with a pre-load spacer to raise the front end while improving the handling and stability. This 2-piece leveling kit design allows the suspension to fully cycle through wheel travel without maxing out the upper ball joints at full drop as is the case with taller 1-piece strut spacer kits on the market.

These 2" FOX coilover systems are designed to build on the stout factory front suspension design on the Chevy/GMC 1500 trucks and take performance to the next level while leveling out the stance.
More that just a "leveling kit", at the heart of this 2" system is a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP coilovers. These non-reservoir coilovers are preset for the correct lift height right out of the box and use a threaded body to allow preload adjustment. They are a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and improve damper performance featuring a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, 5/8" hard chrome plated heat treated alloy shaft all preloaded with coil springs ready for easy installation. lso supplied for the front are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. Built from thick wall 1.5" tubing, these UCAs utilize an indexed ball joint cup to reposition the upper ball joints and allowing more droop travel.
These arms come fully assembled right out of the box with high quality greaseable ball joints and rubber bushings for long life, quiet operation and superior corrosion resistance over uniballs and heims. In the rear of these lift systems the factory leaf springs are retained to result in a level stance in no change in tow/load capacity. A pair of FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks are supplied to match the front performance.

More that just a "leveling kit", this 2" system steps up to specially tuned FOX 2.5 Factory Race Series coilovers featuring DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment. These coilovers are backed by FOX's racing pedigree, preset for the correct lift height right out of the box to provide optimal performance and direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies. They feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs and black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts along with remove reservoirs with mounting brackets. The DSC reservoir allows for easy tool-free adjustment of high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment settings to further dial in the damping to the terrain and ride preferences. Also supplied for the front are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. Built from thick wall 1.5" tubing, these UCAs utilize an indexed ball joint cup to reposition the upper ball joints and allowing more droop travel.

This IFS system is everything you always wanted in a 2WD lift kit. Our new advanced HIGH CLEARANCE design increases the ground clearance and performance.
We use 1/4" thick steel, one-piece front and rear crossmembers to increase frame rigidity and ease installation. New ductile steering knuckles are included that correct steering geometry to O.E. angles. Custom valved front coil over strut cylinders with 18 mm shaft are included, as well as new rear NX² series shocks. A full belly pan for off road protection rounds out this complete lift kit system.
Black powder coating, front skid plate, and rear Glide-Ride Leaf Springs are just a few of the available options and upgrades available when customizing this 4" 2WD lift kit.

Through a collaborative effort between BDS Suspension and Fox Racing, BDS now offers this 4" Chevy 1500 4WD suspension system featuring Fox 2.5" coil-over remote reservoir shocks.
Nothing complements this BDS Suspension better than the race proven design of Fox 2.5" coil-overs. These have been specifically engineered to fit the BDS Suspension system and feature pre-tuned Eibach coil springs and an external reservoir for increased oil cooling capacity and nitrogen volume for a more consistent and comfortable ride. These Fox coil-overs are pre-set by BDS for the correct ride height right out of the box, offering easy installation as well as the option to fine tune the ride height to your liking. Fox DSC (dual speed compression - see DSC info below) adjuster equipped coil-overs are available as an upgrade with this BDS System for those seeking additional coil-over tenability in any terrain using the revolutionary DSC technology from Fox. Both coilover options are engineered to outperform out on the road or trail while offering fade free performance to push your Chevy to the limits.
This system has been designed and rigorously tested to maximize travel and performance without compromising the factory ride quality and handling characteristics. The unique BDS High Clearance design is a true blend of performance, appearance, and function, creating a desert racing appearance with suspension geometry that compliments the factory geometry and works in conjunction with the factory stability control system. The black powdercoated high arched crossmembers blend perfectly with the angle of the factory installed lower control arms for a completely integrated look while lifting your vehicle a full 4" and increasing ground clearance at the front crossmember. Heavy duty, American made ductile iron steering knuckles are included to properly correct steering geometry to O.E. angles. A heavy-duty front skid plate/belly pan is included for off road protection.
Along with the rugged, high clearance design to maximize ground clearance, this new system has passed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No.126 and has been independently certified to not adversely affect the vehicles factory installed electronic stability control system with the lift installed. FOX Coil-Over Dual Speed Compression (DSC) Adjuster Technology
The Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster provides added control and comfort tuning for on-road use while also offering more aggressive damping for use off-road. The adjuster allows for precise suspension tuning with the simple twist of two clearly defined knobs: No tools and no mess, just a way to easily fine-tune your suspension to best suit your needs in any conditions. The DSC increases both low and high-speed compression levels up to 25%, allowing you to maximize small bump compliance and traction while still having the extra damping required for big hits.
- LSC Adjustment Range - The Low Speed Compression (LSC) adjuster knob offers 10 clicks of adjustment and primarily affects compression damping during slow suspension movements such as G-outs or smooth jump landings. It also affects wheel traction and the harshness or plushness of the vehicle's ride.
- HSC Adjustment Range - The High Speed Compression (HSC) adjuster knob offers 12 clicks of adjustment and mainly affects compression damping during medium to fast suspension movements such as steep jump faces, harsh flat landings, and aggressive wash board roads.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
