This kit is designed to eliminate the factory nose-low rake while improving the vehicles all-around performance and allowing room for larger tires. The kit integrates a new top mounted strut spacer in combination with a pre-load spacer to raise the front end while improving the handling and stability. This 2-piece leveling kit design allows the suspension to fully cycle through wheel travel without maxing out the upper ball joints at full drop as is the case with taller 1-piece strut spacer kits on the market.

This 2" lift system engineered for late model GM SUVs includes a new upper strut mount as well as pre-load spacers to achieve the added lift height in the front. The use of a pre-load spacer increases performance in cornering as well as offsets the increased weight of larger tires to maintain ride quality. Unlike most systems on the market, the two piece system does not max out the upper ball joints during suspension travel.
A 2" rear spacer kit is also included to lift the vehicle equally in the front and rear, available with your choice of Nx2 series shocks or Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP shocks for increased damping performance on and off road.

This complete 4" IFS system is designed to correct suspension/steering geometry for improved performance, drivability and offroad capability. Utilizing a pair of 1/4" steel high clearance crossmembers and 3-piece skid plate design, this system repositions the lower arms and adds protection of vital drivetrain components. These combined with the CNC machined ductile iron replacement steering knuckles creates a solid subframe to correct suspension and steering geometry for compatibility with the factory installed ESC system. Up front the kits use a multipoint differential relocation kit and CV spacers to securely reposition the front differential to correct CV axle angle and allow for the use of the stock front driveshaft. In place of the factory struts a pair of high pressure gas struts are supplied for improved ride quality and off-road dampening. Also included for the front are heavy duty tie rod ends, longer sway bar links, and brake line brackets.
In the rear this 4" lift system a pair of a 2" or 3" coil spacers are available to lift and level the stance. In the rear the kit will come with a track bar relocation bracket and support brace, and longer sway bar links. Also supplied for the rear are bump stop extensions and your choice of BDS- NX2 series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance gas shocks. This kit allows for up to 33x12.50 tires to be installed.
This kit is compatible with trucks equipped with factory cast steel, factory stamped steel, and factory aluminum control arms so be sure to verify your factory configuration before ordering.

At the core of this 6" lift system is a pair of 1/4" steel high clearance crossmembers and full width modular differential skid plate to reposition the lower arms and add protection of vital drivetrain components. Differential relocation brackets and CV spacers are used to correct the front axle positioning for stock-like CV axle angles and to retain use of the factory front driveshaft. In place of the stock struts, BDS supplies a pair of high pressure gas struts for improved performance and ride quality. Rounding out the front kit are a pair of replacement tie rod ends, longer sway bar links, brake line brackets, and a front laser cut BDS skid plate.
In the rear a pair of a 5" ProRide coil springs are supplied to lift and level the stance. These offer improve offroad performance and more travel from the rear suspension. To correct the rear suspension geometry with the taller coils installed a pair of heavy duty adjustable upper control arms are supplied along with a track bar relocation bracket and support brace and longer sway bar links. Also included are a pair of bump stop extensions and your choice of BDS- NX2 series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance gas shocks. This kit allows for up to 35x12.50 tires to be installed.
This kit is available for all three factory control arm configurations (cast steel, stamped steel, and aluminum) so be sure to verify your factory control arm type before ordering.

These 6" performance coilover systems are based around the tried and true 6" IFS systems, adding FOX coilovers and shocks for improved ride quality, performance, and offroad capability. At the heart of these systems are the replacement FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers available with the optional DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment. These coilovers join together with the BDS high clearance system to correct suspension, steering, and driveline geometry for unmatched quality and performance. Up front the kits utilize a pair of 1/4" steel high clearance crossmembers, replacement ductile iron steeling knuckles and multipoint differential relocation system to create a solid subframe and retain ESC system compliance. Along with that a 3-piece skid plate system adds protection of vital drivetrain components and the front of this kit is rounded out with CV spacers, heavy duty tie rod ends, longer sway bar links, and brake line brackets.
In the rear this 6" lift system a pair of a 5" coil spacers are used to lift and level the stance. The rear track bar is repositioned with a heavy duty bracket and support brace to recenter the rear axle, while adjustable upper control arms correct pinion angle and add strength. Longer sway bar links and bump stop extensions along with a pair of FOX 2.0 IFP performance gas shocks to improve rear dampening in horse off-road conditions while offering smooth performance on road. This kit allows for up to 35x12.50 tires to be installed.

These new kits join existing options for the standard (strut/coil) SUVs and rear Autoride equipped SUVs to to offer lift options for all late model GM SUVs. These kits utilize the tried and true high-clearance IFS design that has made BDS the preferred suspension lift for late model GMs. At the core of these new lift systems BDS supplies a pair of 1/4" thick laser cut high clearance crossmembers and differential skid plate to reposition the lower arms and add protection. These combined with the CNC machined ductile iron replacement steering knuckles creates a stout subframe to correct suspension and steering geometry for ESC system compatibility. Up front the kits use a multipoint differential relocation kit and CV spacers to securely reposition the front differential to correct CV axle angle and allow use of the stock front driveshaft. A specially designed top mounted strut spacer is used for compatibility with the factory Magneride struts along with sensor brackets. Also included for the front are replacement HD tie rod ends, longer sway bar links, brake line brackets and a BDS front skid plate.
The rear of the Magneride equipped SUVs uses the same technology as Autoride equipped SUVs. To properly lift and level the stance a pair of 5" Proride coil springs are supplied offering improved on-road/offroad performance and more travel from the rear suspension. A track bar relocation bracket and support brace are supplied to recenter the rear axles along with longer sway bar links to correct the sway bar operating angle. The rear sensors are relocated using the supplied brackets along with rear shock extensions to retain the factory electronic dampers. Also included are a pair of bump stop extensions and all the hardware necessary to complete the install. These kits come finished in a durable textured black powdercoat along with step-by-step installation instructions. Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
