This 3/4" lift kit comes with four new 3/4" urethane upper coil spring spacers and NX² series shock absorbers. These spacers can be used to gain 3/4" or to replace your old warn out upper rubber coil isolator.

This 2" lift kit comes with four new Pro-Ride Coil Springs that will increase wheel travel and are capable of full coil bind. These coils are manufactured using high grade steel and are preset to not setltle or sag. This kit is complete with NX² series shock absorbers for a smooth ride.

Take your TJ to the next level with this 3" lift kit from BDS Suspension. Designed for quick and easy install this system offers great on road handling and improved offroad performance. Components include BDS ProRide coil springs at each corner of the vehicle as well as your choice of NX2 gas or FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks. Front (JKS) sway bar quicker disconnects are supplied to improve offroad articulation along with front sway bar lanyards and longer rear sway bar. To properly limit the suspension travel bump stops extensions are supplied front and rear along with a transfer case lower kit to improve driveline angles. A rear track bar bracket and all thenecessary hardware rounds out this 3" lift system.
Several optional accessories are offered to further improve performance and capability including upper and lower control arms, brake lines, track bars, and skidplates. Click "customize this kit" for more info.

The 4.5" standard lift is anything but standard and comes with front and rear Pro-Ride Coil Springs. BDS corrects the steering geometry using a dropped pitman arm and adjustable front track bar. Kevlar lined stainless steel brakelines front and rear will handle the added wheel travel from this system. Front and rear fixed length lower control arms with rubber bushings are included with the basic system. Front and rear adjustable flex upper control arms with rubber bushings come standard. Now shipping with JKS Quicker Disconnects standard!
In addition, front and rear bump stop extensions to control compression travel and cam bolts for proper alignment are included. The rear track bar relocation bracket, centers the axle while the longer rear sway bar links help fight body roll. For the most possible articualation, easy one handed operation, BDS ultimate sway bar disconnects are included. As always, all non-wear items are covered by the BDS No Fine Print Warranty.

This lift kit comes with four new Pro-Ride Coil Springs capable of full coil bind. The box kit includes a pitman arm for steering correction, adjustable front track bar with a track bar relocation system to match the track bar angles with the steering angles. Four long lower arms are included with flex ends to ensure off road performance.
All new long upper arms are included that are adjustable to fine tune the rear pinion angles as well as the front caster angles, D.O.T. approved Kevlar lined stainless steel brake lines for front and rear, ulitimate sway bar disconnects for the front and extended links for the rear, and NX² series shocks.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
