BDS has built a solid reputation for top quality suspension systems, so that is why BDS didn't stop with just offering a 2" spacer system like many other companies. This 2" coil spring lift system is built specifically for 4 door models and includes front and rear BDS Pro-Ride Coil Springs, bump stop extensions, Octocam Washers and NX² series shock absorbers. You also have the option of upgrading to BDS by Fox 2.0 Series mono-tube gas shocks for premium handling and ride control. Fixed swaybar links are included for Rubicon models with the factory disconnect system, for non-Rubicon models choose between BDS Ultimate Sway Bar Disconnects or JKS Quicker Disconnects to greatly improve suspension articulation when the terrain gets rough.

Specifically intended for 2012-17 models, this system includes an exhaust extension kit that maximizes allowable wheel travel with the factory front driveshaft. This kit comes with 3" Pro-Ride Coil Springs capable of full coil bind and 2" bump stop extensions to control the compression travel, but increase wheel travel. Brake line relocation brackets are supplied to handle the added wheel travel. Many companies don't include anything to correct your alignment, but BDS includes octo cam washers for the front lower control arms to fine tune the caster angle.
Fixed swaybar links are included for Rubicon models with the factory disconnect system, for non-Rubicon models choose between BDS Ultimate Sway Bar Disconnects or JKS Quicker Disconnects. In the rear, sway bar drop brackets are included instead of longer sway bar links to allow the use of a factory wheel and larger tire. To correct the rear axle shift from the lift, a rear frame mounted track bar relocation bracket is included. The kit comes standard with NX² series custom valved shock absorbers for a smooth ride.

This kit comes with 4" Pro-Ride Coil Springs capable of full coil bind and 3" bump stop extensions to control the compression travel. To handle the added wheel travel, brake line relocation brackets are included or BDS stainless steel lines are available.
This system comes complete with front and rear fixed length lower control arms and rear upper adjustable control arms to properly control the front and rear axle positions. BDS control arms come standard with OE grade rubber bushings. If you would like to upgrade, BDS offers adjustable arms with urtethane ends or adjustable arms w/ flex joints to fit your needs.
To improve the steering and handling geometry, BDS includes a front track bar relocation bracket and a dropped pitman arm. Fixed swaybar links are included for Rubicon models with the factory disconnect system, for non-Rubicon models choose between BDS Ultimate Sway Bar Disconnects or JKS Quicker Disconnects. Specific for 2012-14, BDS exhaust extensions are included to maintatin front driveshaft clearance at full droop.
In the rear, an axle mounted track bar relocation bracket is included that has a built in support gusset that ties into the bump stop pad. JK's are known for broken welds on the factory track bar mount when wheeled hard, so BDS solved the problem with this added support. The kit comes standard with NX² series custom valved shock absorbers for a smooth ride.

For the ultimate performance on and off-road, BDS offers the 4.5'' Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit for your 2007-17 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited. This system improves on the factory 4-link with a redesigned 4-link long arm to improve articulation and offer better control throughout wheel travel.
New mounts are constructed from 1/4" thick steel and work with the new heavy duty lower flex arms and adjustable upper flex arms to optimize handling characteristics. BDS Pro-Ride coils improve the overall ride quality and offer full coil bind capability for longevity no matter how you use or abuse them.
Fixed swaybar links are included for Rubicon models with the factory disconnect system, for non-Rubicon models choose between BDS Ultimate Sway Bar Disconnects or JKS Quicker Disconnects. Rear sway bar relocation brackets, front and rear braided stainless steel Kevlar lined brake lines, drop pitman arm, bump stop extensions, track bar brackets, and your choice of NX² series or Fox 2.0 gas shocks.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
