If you are the original purchaser of any BDS lift kit and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
This kit comes with two front 3/4" urethane coil spring spacers. The rear is lifted with a new heavy duty bommerang shackle with greasable urethane bushings.

This kit comes with two front 1-3/4" urethane coil spring spacers. The rear is lifted with a long thin add-a-leaf. The urethane spacer maintains your factory springs and factory ride.

This kit comes with two front Pro-Ride Coil Springs that are capable of withstanding full coil bind. The rear is lifted with a long thin add-a-leaf to add height while not creating a harsh ride.

This kit comes with two front Pro-Ride Coil Springs that are capable of withstanding full coil bind. Front upper and lower adjustable control arms are included to fine tune alignment and drive line angles. Ultimate from sway bar disconnects are included for easy use on the trial. An Adjustable front track bar is included, so even if you have a heavy bumper or winch, you can still center your axle.
Front and rear Kevlar lined stainless steel braided brake lines are included so there is no " re-routing" of the brake lines. Bump stop extensions are also included so you won't damage anything on the trail.
The rear is lifted with new Glide-Ride Leaf Springs and extended greasable shackles that really let the springs flex.

The BDS 4.5" XJ Long Arm system provides the best on and offroad capability you could ask for. By maximizing the length of both the upper and lower control arms, BDS has minimized caster change for optimim handling and minimized road forces transmitted ultimately to your seat for the best ride. To give you some idea, the lower arms are nearly bottomed out at just over 32" and the uppers at just over 28". This is about double the length of the factory control arms!
Although this XJ long arm system makes for a great daily driver, the true abilities of this system won' t be appreciated until you hit the rocks, dirt and mud. The 4-Link design maintains better axle control through wheel travel than any radius arm system because the upper to lower link relationship is not fixed, yet is tuned for optimum performance based on link length and operating angles. The control arm geometry is setup with the massive belly pan that incorporates the link mounts and is built to smash rocks. Believe it or not, this system is completly bolt on with no welding to the unibody required!

A front adjustable track bar with flex joint fits into the existing frame mount, so drilling of the taper is not required and will allow you to accurately center the front axle.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
