Designed to not only lift, but enhance the new Wrangler JL's all around performance, the 2" systems come complete and ready to perform right out of the box. At each corner replacement JL-specific ProRide coil springs are supplied to mimic the factory ride and spring rate. These springs provide additional ride height, along with allowing for increased suspension travel over coil spacer kits on the market. They are paired with specially tuned NX2-gas shocks to offer a smooth ride and split second response to changes in the terrain with 10-stage velocity sensitive valving. These high pressure nitrogen gas charged shocks offer a huge improvement over the factory shocks and kits with shock extension brackets.
Along with the new coil springs and gas shocks, these 2" kits include front and rear bump stop extensions to properly limit suspension up travel. Up front the front axle is repositioned forward to correct caster using a set of lower control arm cam locks. JKS quicker disconnects are supplied with the kit to unlock the front suspension's potential to flex while maintaining quiet on road operation with a heavy duty adjustable design and spherical bushings. Along with the sway bar disconnects bolt-on mounting posts are supplied for each side to easily store the sway bar up out of the way when hitting the trail. In the rear extended length sway bar links are supplied to keep the sway bar at the optimal operating angle and allow more droop travel when paired with the rear NX2 shocks.
Finishing out the rear of this kit is a 2-piece rear track bar bracket to recenter the rear axle under your new Wrangler JL while improving the operating angle for improved roll center geometry.

At each corner replacement ProRide coil springs, 2" in front and 2" in rear to level the stance. These springs provide additional ride height, along with allowing for increased suspension travel. The rear springs are dual rate to improve load capacity. Along with the new coil springs, these kits include front and rear bump stop extensions to properly limit suspension up travel. Front caster correction is provided by a set of lower cam lock washers or upgrade to the available HD adjustable control arms for more strength and adjustability. Now available with the new Fox 2.5 Performance Series shocks! The 2.5" aluminum bodies with a race-developed main piston and true internal floating piston (IFP) separate gas and oil to provide consistent and fade-resistant performance. The 2.5-inch piston offers a greater force capability by moving more fluid and increasing damping and is less prone to cavitation.

Designed to not only lift, but enhance the new Wrangler JL's all around performance, these new 3" systems come complete and ready to perform right out of the box. At each corner replacement 2Dr or 4Dr JL-specific ProRide coil springs are supplied to mimic the factory ride and spring rate. These springs provide additional ride height, along with allowing for increased suspension travel. They are paired to your choice of specially tuned NX2-series gas or FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks to offer a smooth ride and better damping in rough terrain.
Along with the new coil springs and gas shocks, these 3" kits include front and rear bump stop extensions to properly limit suspension up travel. A heavy duty, pinch-bolt style adjustable front track bar is utilized to recenter the front axle and eliminate any unwarrented side-to-side movement. Front caster correct is provided by a set of lower cam lock washers. In the rear extended length sway bar links are supplied to keep the sway bar at the optimal operating angle and allow more droop travel when paired with matching rear NX2-series or FOX 2.0 performance series shocks.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Shotpeening increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
