At the heart of these 1" coilover systems are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP coilovers. The non-reservoir Fox 2.0 Performance Series coilovers are preset for the correct lift height right out of the box and use a threaded body to allow preload adjustment.They are a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and improve damper performance featuring a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, and a 5/8" hard chrome plated heat treated alloy shaft.
Also supplied as part of these complete 1" lift systems are a pair of BDS performance series upper control arms (UCA). These UCAs improve suspension travel and while providing superior strength and styling to the factory arms. These arms are built from 1.5" OD heavy wall tubing, fully welded with integrated support gussets. They include brake line mounting tabs and use an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning back to the neutral position at ride height. The BDS arms come fully assembled with OE-style rubber bushings for the frame mounts and a high-quality ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and better durability than arms that use heims and uniballs. In the rear are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP shocks designed to pair with the front coilovers for impressive performance on and offroad and to allow clearance for larger tires under Tacoma.

These kits use FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series coilovers for a bolt-in upgrade to fit up to 285/75R16 tires while providing improved damper performance across all terrains. Performance Elite Series coilovers include DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment to dial in high-speed and low-speed compression settings. Also supplied as part of these complete 3" lift system are a pair of BDS performance series upper control arms (UCA). These UCAs improve suspension travel while providing superior strength and styling to the factory arms. These arms are built from 1.5" OD heavy wall tubing, fully welded with integrated support gussets. They also include brake line mounting tabs and use an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning back to the neutral position at ride height. The BDS arms come fully assembled with OE-style rubber bushings for the frame mounts and a high-quality MOOG ball joint for smooth, quiet operation. 1" front differential spacers and longer hardware is supplied to reposition the front differential to keep CV axle angles within correct operating angles. In the rear, BDS supplies a set of add-a-leafs to provide 1" of lift to level out the truck, paired with your choice of FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series shocks or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series remote reservoir shocks with DSC.

This option for the popular mid-sized Tacoma provides that desired level stance and gives a little extra room for larger tires. The kit is 100% bolt-on and does not require a strut compressor. The spacers are made from heavy-duty 3/16" steel plate that is fully welded and painted.
An optional rear 2" block kit (018218) can be added for a full front and rear lift and complemented by NX² series (85954) or Fox 2.0 (98224954) optional rear shocks.
This system will also fit 2wd PreRunner models, but will not work on the standard 2wd model.

These 4" complete systems are designed for on-road handling and off-road performance. This 4" IFS System utilizes heavy duty front & rear crossmembers coupled with a full width belly skidplate and multipoint differential relocation brackets to create a solid subframe to mount the suspension components and improved offroad protection. These combined with the high strength ductile iron steering knuckles offer optional on-road handling with ESC System compatibility along with improved ground clearance for better offroad performance. Additionally this kit includes bump stop brackets, sway bar relocation, lower control arm cams and brake line brackets. Top mounted strut spacers are supplied to set ride height and allow easy installation.
In the rear 3" lift blocks are supplied along with longer u-bolts and brake line brackets to set the rear up and level out the stance. Finishing off the rear are FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks. This system will also fit 2wd PreRunner models, but will not work on the standard 2wd model.

These 6" performance coilover systems are designed to take your Tacoma to the next level to maximize performance and capability on and off-road. At the heart of system are FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers built to outperform the competition. These are pretuned for optimal performance and pre-set for correct ride height right out of the box. From there these kits utilize heavy duty front & rear crossmembers, full width belly skidplate and multipoint differential relocation brackets to create a solid subframe to mount the suspension components and improved offroad protection. These combined with the high strength ductile iron steering knuckles offer optional on-road handling with ESC System compatibility along with improved ground clearance for better offroad performance. Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
Tapered and roll-pointed leaves add flexibility and provides an even deflection rate. Tapering allows a smoother transition between leaves as compression takes place, resulting in a softer ride with increased wheel travel.
Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind. In other words, you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height.
A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability.
Each spring is preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
