This new system is perfect for the F250 owner looking for a 2.5" lifted and leveled stance with the performance of dual rate coil springs. This kit is complete with new front dual rate coils, brake line relocation brackets, turnbuckle style adjustable front track bar, ball joint cams, coil shims, rear replacement block kit and your choice of shocks.
The key to this kit is the coil seat correction shims and upper ball joint cams. The coil seat shims reposition the lower seat to be square with the frame mount to minimize coil bow which is typical of leveled F250/F350 trucks when the radius arms aren't relocated or replaced. The ball joint cams return the caster to factory settings to provide stock-like handling and drivability.
This is a great kit for those who want more than just a spacer but aren't quite ready to jump into the full replacement radius arm system.
The rear block box kit replaces the factory 2" block on F250 models for a level stance. On F350 models with factory 3-7/8" blocks, the rear box kit can be omitted and achieve the same stance.

Following hot-on-the-heels of our recent 1622H 2013-up Ram 3500 3" kit, this new radius arm systems looks to put similar levels of performance in the 2011-16 F250s. Like the Ram kits, this new system is built around massive tubular replacement radius arms. These arms are built to handle far more than the factory parts they are replacing. The design incorporates a factory style rubber bushing mount at the frame to keep the NVH levels in check. The 3-1/4" diameter bushings are huge and have a long, maintenance-free service life. The new radius arms mount right into the factory locations so installation is simple and clean. Alignment cam locks are included that allow for caster adjustability, something the factory arms do not provide. The arm geometry is set to keep the axle angle in the factory specs while compensating for the 2.5" of lift. A copper-anodized aluminum BDS name plate is mounted each arm.
In addition to the heavy-duty, high-performance radius arms, this new system features dual-rate front coil springs that improve the ride and handling of these 3/4 ton trucks both on and off road. Our popular heavy-duty turnbuckle style adjustable track bar is included to center the axle. Front brake line relocation brackets included and a choice of NX² series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks are available.
The rear system utilizes a 4" block with an integrated bump stop wing to replace the factory 2" blocks, leveling out the back with the newly lifted front.

Get more out of your Super Duty with the 4" BDS coilover conversion system. This system is based off the standard 4" lift kit, upgraded to include the FOX 2.5 factory series coilovers.
This 4" coilover conversion system is designed to take your Super Duty to the next level with improved handling and shock performance over high speed offroad terrain while still offering smooth on road comfort. While utilizing a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers designed for the weight of the Powerstroke diesel Super Duty, the coilovers come prebuilt for 4" of lift and ready to install right out of the box. They use a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, 6061-T6 billet aluminum ends and specially formulated race proven oil. The threaded body is easily adjustable to dial in ride height to compensate for accessories like heavy winch bumpers. Why a 4-link system? It's simple, with 10" of wheel travel there is less than 1 degree of caster change (front axle rotation), this means control in the steering wheel over rough terrain. The stability in the steering wheel is noticable even under normal driving conditions.
In addition to 4 massive control arms, this kit comes with new 4-link frame mounting brackets. These are not drop down brackets, but new mounts to replace the stock mounting system. Don't worry, no welding required.

Shotpeening increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while lessening the material thickness required. The thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a softer ride.
Bolt-style leaf alignment clamps prevent leaves from fanning out and allow the leaves to twist and flex, yielding higher articulation.
Each spring is preset using hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel encased rubber bushings. Other applications include blue urethane bushings.
Anti-friction pads are placed between the leaves to reduce friction within the spring and noise from metal-to-metal contact.
