3-Inch Lift Kits
If you’re looking for a more modest stance to lift and level your truck while improving ride quality and vehicle capability a great option is the 3-Inch XT-Series Lift Kit from BDS Suspension. Offered as a standard torsion bar system, as well as the next level performance and comfort of a coilover conversion system, these 3-Inch BDS lift kits allow for up to 35” tires to be installed on your HD truck.
The standard XT-Series kit utilizes a pair of indexed cast steel torsion bar keys to provide additional ride height up front. The easy-to-install differential relocation brackets correct the CV axle operating angles without affecting the overall ground clearance. Heavy-duty tubular upper control arms are provided to add strength, improve ball joint operating angle and allow periodic servicing of grease fittings.
These arms come preinstalled with high-quality ball joints and rubber bushings. The kit also comes with a pair of sway bar relocation brackets to help maintain proper operating angle. For the rear, this kit comes with a 2-Inch block and U-bolt kit that’s used to create a tall - slightly tall high stance.
These kits are offered with your choice of FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series shocks or upgraded FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks. These shock options offer bolt-on performance and adjustability with a larger 2.5-inch aluminum body and DSC adjustable reservoir to dial in the ride quality for any terrain.

3-Inch Bolt-On Coilover Conversion Option
In addition to the standard 3-Inch Lift Kit, BDS offers a bolt-on coilover conversion option for the late model HD trucks. This conversion kit has specifically tuned FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers to replace the torsion bar suspension and drastically improve the truck’s ride quality and overall performance both on- and off-road. The shocks’ aluminum body helps with heat dissipation, and the dual-speed compression (DSC) adjusters in the reservoir give maximum control through any terrain. The coilovers come pre-tuned, fully assembled and ready to bolt on to your truck.
In signature BDS fashion, the components are rugged, and the installation is straightforward. The coilovers mount to a bolt-in bracket, while a weld-in support gusset reinforces the upper mount. High-strength upper and lower control arms are also replaced with this kit.
Both the 1.5-Inch OD tubular steel upper and high-strength boxed, and internally gusseted lowers feature premium ball joints and OE-style rubber bushings to help keep things quiet, while strengthened tie rods add an extra degree of durability. The kit also includes small differential relocation drop and sway bar relocation brackets to keep operating angles in check. Out back, this kit uses a small 2-Inch fabricated block kit to retain the factory leaf springs for load/tow capacity along with a matching set FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series rear shocks.
5-Inch Lift Kits
The 5-Inch Lift Kit for your 2020-2025 Silverado or Sierra 2500 HD includes a No Torsion Bar Drop System that’s designed for maximum ground clearance. This system mounts directly to the top of the lower a-arm to avoid dropping the torsion bar cross-member. Expect the same improvements of the 3-Inch Lift Kit when it comes to performance, while providing clearance for up to 37-Inch tires.
The front suspension upgrades include torsion bar relocation brackets, ¼-inch thick steel crossmembers, differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for better durability. With CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles, sway bar relocation brackets, extended length stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary hardware, this 5-Inch lift kit is ready to install out of the box.
If you’re looking for more customization with your 5-Inch Lift Kit, BDS Suspension also offers a 5-Inch lift with FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series, FOX 2.5 HTO Performance Series or FOX Performance Elite shock kit upgrade.

6.5-Inch Lift Kits
For those looking for just a little bit more, check out the 6-½ Inch Lift Kit option with tire clearance up to 38 inches. This includes everything you could need from the 3- and 5-Inch Lift kits, but with just a little more height for the ultimate stance and look you’re going for in your Silverado or Sierra.
Upgrade the kit to FOX 2.5 HTO Performance Series shocks or FOX Performance Elite for greater adaptability, control and a smooth ride that’s ready for anything. For those with the Diesel fuel option Silverado or Sierra, we created a kit catered just to diesel setups.
6.5-Inch Coilover Conversion
For the ultimate in performance at the 6.5-inch lift height, BDS offers a coilover conversion system. Like the 3-inch kits, these 6.5-inch coilover systems utilize high strength upper and lower control arms, FOX 2.5 Performance Elite front coilovers and rear shocks, along with HD steering linkage and combine them with BDS’s tried and true high clearance lift kit.
