Up the ante in your 2021-2025 Ford Bronco 4 Door with style and performance by installing this 3 to 4-inch lift kit featuring FOX Performance Series HTO 2.5 coil-over shocks from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires.

Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO coil-over shocks and heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength. In the rear, BDS utilizes a complementary set of FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO coil-over shocks for an improved ride. 

Net lift height varies based on the factory suspension configuration as follows: 4-Door Sasquatch-equipped net 3" of lift, 4-Door Badlands: net 3.5" of lift, and 4-Door Broncos with the base suspension: net 4" of lift.

FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO Shocks

The FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shock is a bolt-on shock loaded with position-sensitive technology, vehicle-specific valving, and larger pistons to improve on and off-road performance. A type II anodized aluminum body efficiently dissipates heat and prevents corrosion. The 2.5-inch shock body features an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen, optimizing damping.

Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology offers usable position-sensitive rebound damping control on and off the pavement. HTO reduces harsh top-outs and increases comfort by forcing shock oil through a secondary shim stack to slow down shock shaft speed; HTO is particularly beneficial after installing heavier, aggressive tires and applications lifted higher than OEM specification. Bolt-on 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks to increase damping capacity and ride in comfort with position-sensitive rebound control.

HD Upper Control Arms (UCAs)

Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed high-stength uniball or ball joint to correct the joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality uniball or greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

BDS suspension offers these upper control arms in both Uniball and Ball Joint configurations. Below is some information to help you decide which is best for your application.

Uniball

These spherical bearings are designed for hardcore off-road and racing. Uniballs are stronger and more durable than ball joints, and depending on application, can handle greater wheel travel as well as have the option for double-shear mounting. However, they are exposed and can get dirty, which can wear down the components and create noise. Uniballs also require more frequent maintenance.

Ball Joint

These sealed OE style components connect the steering knuckle to the control arms, allowing the steering knuckle to pivot and providing a smooth ride. Ball joints are similar in design to the ball-and-socket joints in the body. They come in sealed and greaseable versions, and in certain applications can be setup to provide more wheel travel than their Uniball counterparts.
  1. Lift height is based on base suspension package, Badlands and Sasquatch models will net less lift however final ride height is the same for all trims.
  2. Do NOT hit the aluminum knuckle with a hammer to separate the ball joint. Use appropriate ball joint separation tool (OTC 204592).
  3. Will not work with models with a height sensor attached to the UCA.
  4. Does not fit Bronco Sport models.
  5. Not compatible with Raptor Models.
  6. Is compatible with HOSS 3.0 Bronco Models
