BDS developed a mounting system that bolts directly to the factory coil mounts with only minor trimming/drilling required. This new system also includes weld-in reinforcements at the axle for superior strength. BDS built the long lower control arms to reduce caster change with wheel travel, creating a more controlled steering feel. This long-arm system retains the factory triangulation of the arms, which adds to the stability of the suspension system.
Up front, the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, all four control arms, plus mounting brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and sway bar links. In the rear, this kit utilizes heavy-duty cast-steel blocks, longer u-bolts, and a matching set of FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

Long Arm Conversion
Upgrading the standard control arms to a long arm adds strength, improves handling, and takes off-road articulation to the next level. This upgrade consists of massive 1/4-inch steel-frame-mounted brackets to install the oversized upper and lower formed long arms. The arms are designed to maximize tire clearance and allow the stock control arm tabs to remain on the vehicle. The upper arms are solid stock, while the heavy-wall tubular lower arms utilize oversized greaseable polyurethane bushings for superior road vibration isolation.
